Day 3 of unable to find a suitable server

Day 3 of posting about this issue. Still no response from anybody trying to help or even acknowledge that they know the problem exists. Would really like to play some halo 5.

the issue: error message “unable to find a server suitable to all members of your fireteam”. I am the only one in my fireteam. This error message shows for all multiplayer lobbies. I cant even start a custom game.

I also have this same issue and its been about 2-3 weeks since I first noticed it. I have tried every trouble shooting method available.

Xbox off/on
Modem/Router off/on
Different Xbox live account
Uninstall/Reinstall Halo 5
Changed Router
Changed Modem

Would really appreciate a comment out of 343…

When you go into network settings what’s your NAT type?

Mine has been doing this since thanksgiving. I got a response from someone just asking a few questions about where I am located and what kind of router i use ect… but to no resolve. They are really killing my grind to 152 missing out on all this holiday xp.

Yeah I’m not sure. It’s been crazy laggy and skippy for me recently so I’m thinking there are just problems with their servers.

It sucks… I’ve been unable to get on Halo 5 since around Thanksgiving.

Hey all, couple questions for you that are having trouble connecting:

Are you able to go to a friend’s house and try your Gamertag on their copy of Halo 5? Alternatively, can you try maybe using a different network, like a mobile wifi network, to see if that helps?

Also, do you have any other Gamertags on your console that play Halo 5? If so, are those able to connect to the game?

Doing all these will help narrow down if it’s game, account, or internet related.
