Day 3 of "servers not available"

343i fix the problem. I am still getting the error “halo servers are not available.”
I reset everything possible.

I dont mean to “bump” but what is the point of posting in these forums if no one from the company is willing to help out?
343i have a number to call?

This may not be a 343i issue. There are well over 200k people a day playing without problems. This sounds to me like a client-side issue. (In other words, a problem on your end.)

Have you tried resetting your your modem and router if you’re using wireless? It worked for me

I reset the modem, xbox, clear system cache, reinstalled the game. I am on a wired connection

Willing to bet your network is not setup right. Plug your xbox straight into the modem and see what happens.

I just played 4 games of MW2 and there were no problems joining or connecting. It seems to be on 343i end
