In Halo Infinite we saw the date 5-27-2560 (may 27) in the hud of the pelican. Do you guys think something would be announced in May 27 2019?
I’d like to think so. If it’s an open beta or the game’s placeholder release date.

On amazon there is an entry for it with a release date of 2030. But honestly thats probably just a placeholder.
Beta playtesting would be my bet, with an actual release date of fall or winter 2019

I hope we get a little more before May 27th, but that date does make a little sense for a Fall 2019 release.

I just looked and couldnt find it
The earliest I can predict is roughly late 2020 to 2022.
2019 looks too early for me. We’ll find out in the coming months/years. All I know is that all Halo games from now are gonna get a beta before the final product is out.

Yeah. I just searched Amazon, Game, Game stop, EB Games and Best Buy in USA, Canada, EU and Australia. Nothing yet.

I updated the post so others can see. Hope this helps!
I think we will get the game in fall. Most main Halo games are released in Fall but perhaps the development of a brand new engine could change that. 343 should take their time and have the game fully complete (with forge and theater in the game on release).

2022? With no side game or anything new to hold us over?Halo’s popularity has been on the decline for years and I don’t think waiting a potential 4 more years is gonna help that

OP - Holy moly, people go over these trailers fine a fine tooth comb, don’t they!?
Do people play the trailers frame by frame on ultra HD screen constantly adjusting the brightness/contrast and what not to pick these things up??
That’s a hell of a teaser though! I forget the name of the twitter guy… I think it was twitter… Anyway, a week or so before E3 some dude leaked on Twitter that Halo 6 would be called Halo Infinite. Lots of people poopooed it but apparently, he’s a reliable Microsoft leak source. Anyway, apparently, he’d also mentioned that Halo Infinite could release in two halves. First-half being campaign in mid-ish 2019, the other half being multiplayer late 2019.
This actually adds credibility to that.
