Data Unavailable

For the last few months, every time I load up Halo Wars 2, it tries to connect to the server only to say “data unavailable” and that it has failed, it will then try to download and repeat to no avail.

I did resolve this once, around Christmas time, where deleting the entire game and reloading worked, for no longer than 24 hours.

Sequentially, due to the size I have not tried this again. I have deleted save data and cloud data to still have the same issue.

The game is completely redundant and it’s a little annoying…

It seems we are not being registered with the main server?
Can we possibly get this resolved?
Running Windows 10
Antivirus is off
Firewall is off

ye my mate brought the game with the dlc 3 days ago, he played it for the day and loved it. The next day he tried loading the game and got the message “data unavailable” after hours of trying to fix it he decided to reinstall the game and it worked. In till the next day and now its broke again… Any help…

I’ve got the same problem actually

I just installed the game twice because I cannot connect to the multiplayer.

I looked at the network options on the xbox application and I had a bad NAT with an error, I fixed it and it did not change anything.

I can just play solo, I already tried to reinstall it.

But it still does not work!

However, I noticed that I didn’t have “Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adaptater” in my network card.

I followed a tutorial to try to add it, but it is not even in my list of old generation hardware.

Please, if someone can help me I would be very grateful, I can not for more than 3 days.
