So I have 1 account with alot basically all the armour,assassinations and stuff like that and that account got permbanned I have a new account can I transfer the armour and stuff to my new account?
Unfortunately no, a new account means you start fresh. I’m sorry to hear your account got banned, any reason why it got suspended that made you make a new one?
It’s a Microsoft policy to not allow data transfer for privacy and security reasons.
He never did come back and explain why he/she got a perm ban and if it was that bad do we want him/her in the game with another account?
Sorry OP, but if your Xbox Live account was permanently banned then you have lost access to all content related to that account. Permabans aren’t given out lightly. You’ll have to start again an buy / download anything you had previously.
I suggest being more careful with your new account and make sure to follow Xbox Live’s Terms of Service
