Lost my game progress 4 times already after latest update(xbox one).I had everything unlocked,all gold medals and etc.2 weeks ago everything disappeared,I restored it again,but this happened again and again.The game saves only my rank and returns game progress to concrete point(always the same).Please,help me…

You’re not alone. The same exact problem is plaguing my game as well. What’s worse is that the nov. 2nd update was supposed to fix that but clearly it hasn’t.
Today is the 3rd day everything is working properly…Was calling to xbox support,they adviced me to check internet connection and change DNS…looks like this work,but not sure for how long.Beastgun360,try all this and be sure your ip adress is static! GL)))

I can check the internet connection but I’m pretty sure I can’t change the DNS as I’m not the admin for our house’s network. Also I don’t know how to check to see if our IP address is “static” (or what that even means for that matter). Still I must thank you for the info as it’s the only useful bit of help I’ve gotten on this subject so far.
You should call to your internet provider first…DNS you can change in setup option in your console(internet setup,choose “manual”).Mine is 8888 8844,but maybe its for Russia only,Im not sure.
No!!!This happened again,lost all data save…Do the developers ever read this forums?
Well a new update appeared back on Tuesday and I’ve been able to save games again (though my old ones never returned). However the game has twice already sent me back to my home page for no reason which is a new problem. And from what you said I can expect my saves to disappear again sometime soon. This completely sucks.
I was wrong. Just yesterday I went to finish my new campaign only to find all my progress gone AGAIN! Clearly the update didn’t fix the problem as I had hoped. I simply don’t understand why this problem hasn’t been dealt with already.
I’m near to delate the game.Interesting,do the developers ever read this forums?
