data is lost and my profile has been reset

Hi

All my data is lost and my profile has been reset. Xbox tech support agent suggested I post here to see if the account has been banned for some reason.

I don’t play online but after networking my Xbox to my Mom’s PC to access the media center, I lost all my armor, ranking and elite armor. I can still play but I have to start again as a recruit.

I downloaded my profile again and it was the wiped version

The account isn’t banned, resets don’t happen any more.

I believe you signed up online and when you do, you are taken down to a lower rank to prevent cheaters bringing a high level account online via alternate ways.

Nothing you can do but start again.
