Some clips featured medals from an older build and some from the new build, so some old medals from E3 are in the video
I assume that it’s part of the 2nd disc for the Halo 4 Soundtrack, which consists of remixes and such made in collaboration with other music artists (sorta like what Halo 2 had).

Another thing I noticed from the pictures in the bulletin was the visor colors in the screen shots. If you look closely you can see there is a blue visor, and in another you can see a visor that is sort of two toned blue and yellow.
