I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’ve played Darkstar 3 times now, and it just seems to me that I progress through my REQ levels much slower than on the other maps, at the end of a 16 minute game, I’d only reached 5 REQ’s, then I played a game on Noctus, and in just under 15 minutes I’d gotten to 9 REQ’s.
Is anyone else seeing this, or am I just not playing well on the new map yet?
I’ve only play Darkstar twice since its release but yes… it does appear that the req level up is extremely slow.
yeah thats because of the lack of enemies at spawn, in every other WZ map you get to basically start the game with lvl 2 reqs. (after you secure the base) it may seem that reqs are slow because of this

That’s what it is because we don’t have to take our “home base” so take that out and it changes how fast we get reqs. I feel like that was the plan for this map because it is so small that 343 wanted us to slowly get our reqs so we aren’t sniping each other with BR’s at the start

I understand that, about the no sniping with BR’s, but they added this map with the new Hannibal vehicles, and those are 7 and 8 REQ’s, surely they’d want us to be able to use them on the new map?
