So is it just me, or is anyone else sick of the 200+ emblems we have to unlock? I mean a lot of them are cool looking and all, but it’s just too many to unlock. I HATE getting 2 emblem unlocks in a gold pack.
Yeah I hope 343 doesn’t have unlockable emblems in halo 6 or at least a lot less, basically just a better system than this one, maybe not haveing all of them in the same pool as the rest of the gear
Half of emblems are unlocked through commendations.
Honestly I kind of like it. I’m at 222 out of 267 and actually like it when I finish a commendation and get an emblem now. I like that there is something you have to earn besides the Achilles armor.
I will admit that when I was going through packs before I got to 100% on everything it kind of sucked to get 2 emblems for an unlock. Eventually though that’s all that is left to earn.
It is simple the reasons why there are several emblems, micro transactions, to force you to buy gold packs, for you to get desperate and force you to buy.

Why else would they shove emblems into REQ packs instead of the default emblem pool like the Previous Halo games?

I finished all my reqs the other day and that 343 employee that had the gun to my head and threatening my family finally left my house. Im saving up now so my family never has to go through that experience again. /s
Stop acting like someone is forcing you to buy these.

To elongate the time to completion. Why would you want an unlock system that is shorter to complete?
If the REQ collection could be completed in 100 hours of gameplay, I’d already have lost interest in the game.
Plus they designed the REQ system knowing that a large number of people weren’t going to spend money, that goes back to the whole time to completion thing.
Emblems are nice to have, but A LOT of them I find useless. Such as the numbers. The only thing I like is the rare or hard to get emblems. Those are the ones I go for.

Anyways, they could still incorporate that in the REQ system, so the system is to blame.

Yup, we could change the background, image, we could use the different shapes and colour all parts, it was a lot more than we have now, and we could also put them on our armour once upon a time.
Not a fan of emblems in the packs. They should all be achievement based.

Yea when did they stop with it on the armor? I remember not liking that when it was first a thing haha

At least 40 of those are for comendations so boohoo and start grinding buddy its not the end of the world, arent there better things to complain about…
