Bungie didn’t rip it’s MP maps from Campaign.
They built the maps then folded them into Campaign.
Why would you say that they were and perpetuation ignorance.
People may think this isnt a big deal, but it really pissed me off when I heard that…

the maps were made from the ground up? and thats a bad thing how?
In my eyes, they weren’t dissing Bungie at all. They were saying that they are creating a completely different play experience from campaign so you wouldn’t see the same area twice.
Of course Bungie did incorporate their multiplayer maps into their campaign, but 343 chose not to do that to have two entirely different play spaces for us.
Who cares…?

Did sound like a rip towards Bungie. But folding them into campaign did hurt them as well as the campaign itself. Not only were we on the same spaces all throughout the game, but those spaces had to serve two purposes (this is largely noticeable with Swordbase) leavin areas of the map the sole focus and some areas underused.

you kids find something to complain about every time. It didnt even sound like they were hating on bungie, they were just saying
Who cares? The fact is that the maps were recycled. That’s horrible, and that’s all that matters.
Did this really need it’s own thread?
I think we all fully well know that 343 has the utmost respect for Bungie, and would never offend them. Also, I thought the MP maps were inspired by the Campaign levels.
Let’s wait and see how much motivation 343 has to create new multiplayer maps once they’re six Halo games and several dozen multiplayer maps in.
