It’s not that big of a deal but I’m really annoyed that my local GameStop didn’t give me my br skin and when I went back that told me they ran out even though I pre-ordered it
They stole it, gave it to their friends or something.
You need to tell them to contact another store for the code. I couldn’t get my code at the midnight release, so I went back yesterday and got it from them.
It’s your code you Earned for Pre-ordering, so raise hell and make them get you a code!

They owe you a code because you pre ordered from that Gamestop. Next time you go back, demand store credit (to cover the inconvenience of the delay) with a new code or threaten to take your business to elsewhere. That should do the trick if it’s one of those bad Gamestop retailers.
The one we have in the next town has their -Yoink- together. Those that didn’t get the code at midnight most certainly got them the next day.

Seems fishy. I don’t know how old you are but maybe ask your parents to call or go into the store and speak with a manager about getting the codes or contacting a local store for codes. They don’t just run out, it’s not even a week after release.
Didn’t get my codes at the midnight release. Went back the next day and the guy there was happy to print them out 
If it’s true on your end, yes raise a stink.
