Sounds cool. I started reading something about the campaign and decided quickly not to finish reading it. I won’t to keep the campaign free of any spoilers.

Someone should ask him if its the same voice actor for John…
well it must be x) and i am sure thats nothing to worry about,but he didnt say anything about that.Hope we will get to see some footage…

Don’t worry, it’s just a light summery of the first 10 minutes of the campaign, and not that detailed at that, they’s very little spoilers that we don’t already know.

I bet it’s the same voice actor, but it is a question that can be asked.

Also Killa KC said sprint operates very much like Reach sprint.
So there’s no prevention to double melee?
Or people can still get away? Oh but that’s ok because like Frankie said, everyone has sprint so you can chase after the guy! Yay for tactics that go back on a core principle of Halo, never chase!

The way I would alter sprint:
-Implement that “shoot to stop sprint” mechanic they alluded to previously to stop double melee and easy escapes.
-Implement a cool down period where after you come out of sprint you have to take a second to bring up your gun. This would mean people can’t double melee so easily and also so people don’t spam sprint all the time. I think they had this in the Reach beta.

Or my best solution: remove sprint altogether.

When you shoot people while they are sprinting, they slow down.

Why can you have plasma pistol as secondary weapon in your loadout? Thats OP…

Slightly, we still don’t know what all they’ve done with the Plasma Pistol.

Also, as per your question:

Re: sprint, etc. You guys know far more about the weapons/abilities balancing than I do. The game looks and feels fantastic and I’m sure there’s more work that will go into balancing these things out. Good to make your thoughts known though.

Just play classic, if sprint bothers you so much.

Agreed, if you can’t stand sprint, then play classic.

Yeah, I was kind of thinking a long the same lines… But since it’s Damian who said those words, and not someone else, I kind of know what he’s talking about.
