It says they are silver and look like it too when you get them but they dont unlock anything for you like a silver pack would. Wish they would change this
You can get Mythic weapons from them the chances are just low, the other day I got a Prophets bane from a daily win pack.
1 permanent unlock or more rare -legendary reqs would be nice.
I think it gave me an uncommon unlock a few weeks ago but I have not seen another unlock since and I do both every day
Im fine with the way the unlocks and stuff go, but im sick and tired of what you get from the daily arena win packs.
I’ve gotten mythic weapons from them. They’re no perms but just a one time use card usually. Seem pretty good for just winning a game tho. I’ve gotten a nornfang and whispered truth
I have gotten a phaeton and prophets bane from daily war packs. Since I do not have a lot of the common reqs I have been getting common certifications, like transports, and guns.
It started to dish some silver level permanent unlocks for me after the previous update. Mostly emblems, but also a few loadout weapons from the last DLC. I would like for it to do more consistently.
Yeah, they’re kinda the same as promotion packs, or commendation packs. Only difference is they sometimes give you something you don’t have, I.e; Legendary Weps/Vehicles/Boosts
But agreed OP, 90% of the time silver packs are trash, I usually just get 200 REQ’s, and 2 uncommon, 2 common boosts. Sigh* What can you do lol
Ive gotten armor, helmets etc from daily win packs. I was wondering if they were just one use cards but then it started happening 
I’ve gotten loadout weapons from them, including the base DMR.
I have gotten a few perma unlocks, but generally not very many, but I am ok with that. I could go for something else in the arena win pack other than boosts. I pretty much only get boosts from arena packs and the warzone packs give me a good variety.
Mostly boosts and uncommon. Chance at rarer stuff (I got the ultra rare shotty from a pack last week).
I just want them for the boost!
I dont mind that it doesnt give unlocks but it looks just like a silver pack and shouldnt be described as such without silver unlocks, at least one. Not too salty about it and I wont curse or scream or say 343 sucks, but it would be nice if it gave some unlocks (mostly because I am a collector and want to complete everything and that would speed up my process by a little bit and give more incentive to play both arena and warzone to catch those wins everyday [not that I dont do that already lol])
It is not a Silver pack. It is not described as a Silver pack. It is a pack which happens to be silver.
They do have a chance at unlocks, though.

Today I got an uncommon armor set but generally I don’t get anything. But I have found that the warzone daily win packs are much better than the arena packs.
I unlocked the Blaze of Glory cert from my Warzone win pack last night
Swear the rewards use to be better, now they are just trash.
