How do you obtain these? Based on the name I assume you need a certain number of victories in a particular playlist. Is that correct?

Just win a Warzone match and and Arena Match and bam you got 'em. Once per day be warzone and arena. Easy.

I just won a Silver Pack and got a Warzone RP boost, 200 req points, and a Twin Jewels of Maethrillian (Legendary rare Binary Rifle) in it.
