Daily reminder that farming is unsporting conduct.

You can try to counter my claim if you’d like. You know, if you’re wrong.

In seriousness, the “who says it’s not a legitimate way to win :^)” argument is bogus. Yeah, you can win in street fighter by having the most health when time runs out, but you’d be hard pressed to find someone claiming that’s the primary way to win.

Thank you, sir.

your analogy doesn’t help your claim, but yes farming is unsporting in way, yet it’s still not against the rules, ill continue to do what i please regardless of your reminder
also it’s gotten to the point now where everything a group of 12 does in warzone is considered farming, which is ridiculous

perhaps something about gluing down the buttons.

Your reminder has been noted my fresh little cornstalk and shall be reminisced upon as continue my harvest.

I only ever get farmed on that dessert map and it seems like it happens every time I play it. It’s gotten to the point where I hate that map and at launch it was my favorite

play with a group, that map is especially fun with a group as it rewards coordinated pushes.

‘Farming’ is a joke. No one is getting Achilles w/o the first strike comm, and the more time spent ‘farming’ the longer it takes to get it. What’s happening is your team is getting whooped hard and the opposing team knows they’re better off controlling you in one place rather than rushing in and dying.

Sorry but you are wrong and your example doesn’t even relate. Winning a video game by kills as it was designed to be won isn’t unsportsmanlike… Players are playing the game as it was designed. Perhaps you should ask 343 for a forfeit option or core self destruct option. Why should one team stop scoring just because the other team can’t mount an adequate defense?

This isn’t Tumblr. We don’t need daily reminders.

nope, that’s not farming, that’s a smart move to stay alive, have the most fun and guarantee a win.
by that example if the team were to push in to the core and all die the enemy team could spawn a vehicle and get to an armory while the ‘farming’ team is dead.

its good to see the amount of people waking up and not following this biasreddit crap, farming isn’t a problem and even if it does annoy you chances are it only happens 1 in 20 games.

Your presumption falls to pieces when the enemy only shoots the core by accident and is picking off players while we’re literally making human pyramids and playing hide and seek across the map. It’s almost as though you created an argument and beat it rather than address what actually happened. Think we got a name for that…

Seriously? We really DONT need a daily reminder of this stupid -Yoink- theres already a half dozen + threads about this just go use one of them.

un·sports·man·like
ˌənˈspôrtsmənˌlīk/
adjective
adjective: unsportsmanlike

People say they don’t want to get farmed but when we’re trying to rush in and blow up that core right away everyone on the enemy team just wants to protect it and keep the game going. Make up your mind.

But in almost every case of “farming”, it is a team of 12 who are in a party against a team of randoms. Tell me, how are randoms supposed to stand a chance tactically against a team of players who are communicating and cooperating as a whole?

None of this would be an issue if there was a system in place matching fire teams with fire teams and solo searchers with solo searchers.

If the other team is that much better then it’s their perogative to choose how they win. If you’re getting owned you don’t get to dictate that.
"but… "
Shut up, you’re wrong. It’s not against the rules, that’s all that matters. Anything else is just gray area fuzzy logic bull****

It already does that. Not nearly enough people actually play in fireteams to actually match equally sized fireteams without it taking forever for fireteams of 6 or ore to find a match.

Yeah, when the guys on my team are getting destroyed, we don’t re-spawn, from there you can easily tell when we are getting farmed. you have 60 seconds with no enemies and you don’t go in the base, just sitting back and sniping. It sucks, but that’s part of the achilles grind. I guess 343 needs to update wz so we can destroy our own core. hehehehe.

No it wouldn’t. If they can’t find a 12 match, they search for 11 and so on. That’s just an excuse for people who want to exploit the games design flaws.
