Just change it back to the old system and sell us the glossiness or whatever to put over it. I’m tired of not being the colors that I’ve been for over a decade.

The coating system is actually growing on me. I actually take notice of who is wearing what in the pre-game animation… whereas in Halo 5 I never bothered to look up a player’s outfit (except when I did a little impromptu poll to show that everyone was wearing black and red).
It’s obviously a little light on now… but I can see in 12 months time there will be lots of chance for individual expression.
Hugely agreed! such a shame that this stuff has just slid by, and become the new paradigm. It will only get worse and worse.
