Although I haven’t played H5 for months, I dutifully open the Daily Log In Req Pack every day. Today is the first time since I bought the game it DIDN’T have 200 Req Points, rather it had a permanent loadout unlock for the Assault Rifle. Is this a new thing or has it happened before, rarely?
Daily REQs have always had a small chance to unlock a permanent.

its just rare to get permanent items in daily logins

I don’t know. The event is so rare that I don’t know the scope of what it covers.
