I know there is various threads on this forum regarding the credit cap atm but I havn’t managed to find what I’m looking for…
When the daily challenges for the day are released is that when the credit cap for the day reset?
(200k i believe)
or does it work on a 24hr basis? (example; you earn 25k at 11.30am, that 25k get reset at 11.30am 24hrs later the next day)
Also some of my friends online have said there credits have ‘frozen’ for a while during the day and then the game lets the resume gaining credits later on…
yes the credit cap for the day resets when the new daily challenges are released. here in germany it is 12am.
several players reported that 343i lifted the cap but something went wrong. as far what i know the credit and commendation freeze happens when you hit the old credit cap (120.000 cr).
I got the cap reset many times I can tell u for sure that now is 200k credits FONTS: halo tracker tell u how many credits u obtain in a day and it says me when I reach limit 200K not a credit in plus or minus
I did have a feeling it was with the daily challenges that it resets, just wanted to make sure 
here in UK its 11am for daily reset. kind of handy really that it not midnight like over in america, makes it easier for us i believe… (due to time difference)

do we have any idea why it freeze’s though? don’t seem to get the credits earned during the freeze

It resets at midnight your time zone.

this is what i read on another forum:
“The cause of the problem has been nailed down. When you hit 120k credits any given day, you don’t get any in game message like you used to with Bungie. Yet after that your credits AND commendations are frozen until the next day. 343i is currently failing to acknowledge this problem.”
it seems that the reason of the freeze is not really discovered yet…

hmm. thats for the info, they prob wont acknowledge it because it doesn’t happen often enough maybe?

With the posts about it when it first started occuring a while back, it is clear they know of it, but no report of the situation on it.
Cap resets at midnight. (midnight of whatever time zone your xbox is on). The challenges don’t change until 4-5am or so.
credits reset at time of your daily challenges changing.
each country is different, here in UK its 11am

no lol its moving again now haha 
it froze at 120 though… for about 30mins

my limit is at 200k yesterday I hav done more than 150k,in my time zone it resets at 11:07 AM

Not quite. The challenges reset at noon in our timezone but credits reset at midnight in whatever time zone your console is in.

11;07 sounds about right, its never on the hour to the minute. GMT guessing?
