It makes it very difficult to get the short term commitment achievement when the daily challenges decide not to update…
I completed all all my daily challenges for the previous day and was about 10 minutes out from the daily reset so I decided to play a game of strongholds. After the game ended I checked the challenges and it said Incoming Challenge 23 hours remaining. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I have occasionally seen other posts about it. For some reason it is not listed in the known issues page.
This has happened to me at least 3 times. Currently my next daily reset is more than 1 day away… Why is that even a thing?!? I completed it just under 2 hours before the reset and clearly see I’m not getting new daily challenges.
Yes, this happened to me as well and it screwed me out of getting the short-term commitment achievement on day 7. I just managed to unlock it yesterday.
I don’t know if there’s a guaranteed way to duplicate this glitch, but from reports I’ve seen it seems to happen when you complete a challenge too soon after the reset or too close to the next reset (I think the latter option did it for me). So to avoid it I would maybe try doing the challenges in the middle of the day, if possible. It’s hard to be specific though about how close you can be and still be safe.
This happens to me at least twice a week. Very obnoxious.
