Can you please remove the Bungie.net challenge. I realize it’s only 1cr but it doesn’t function and YOU (343i) now own the game.
Can’t be too hard to change the title from Bungie to 343 can it? You changed the cr from their original 3000 to 3343 or 2000 to 2343.
Doesn’t it kinda bug you too?(343) I mean, You own the game yet it has someone else’s name on it.

Challenge names are hardcoded into the game, renaming it would require a TU.
Same goes for how it unlocks, Bungie custom coded it to complete after it checks if you’ve linked with Bungie.net, 343 has no such thing.
In the past they used to remove the challenge and replace it, however they haven’t done this since Halo 4 came out.
That’s too bad. I know everyone is busy but 343i was given the task of “Caretakers” of the Halo franchise. That means ALL Halo games not just Halo 4.
If I’m not mistaken haven’t we had the same Weekly 2 weeks in a row too?

This is leaving a bitter taste in the mouths of several Halo REACH fans.
So it takes a TU? Let’s get’r done. I know the game is almost 3 yrs old but there are almost as many ppl on REACH as H4

There is no way to remove the challenge from the game entirely with a Title Update which isn’t even plausible this late on in Reach’s lifespan.
Put it this way, it’s 1 cR.

Precisely. 1cR is 1/7500th of the FIRST RANK. It’s 1/20,000,000 of the overall total credits needed for the highest rank. The challenge has no value at all.

That’s precisely why it has 1 cR. It is impossible to get for new players, making it unfair that older players could get 3k cR while newer players simply couldn’t get the challenge.
It was made worthless intentionally.

I’m tired of hearing the DEFENSE role that all of you play. 343i isn’t concerned 1 bit for anything that You didn’t create.
Let me repeat myself. 343i are caretakers of HALO not just Halo 4.
Do you not see that their are customers that are upset with the lack of attention?
Please tell me just how MUCH it would cost to fix this? $100? $1000? and please be honest. I will certainly understand if it’s an exorbitant amount of man hours and cost.
You mention Plausible. If I purchase a car from Ford or Chevy and 2 1/2 years down the line they tell me that my cars PROBLEM isn’t plausible enough to fix. Do you think I’ll buy from that company again?
Somebody needs to put their arms around this Halo franchise and REALLY care about it. I can’t even begin to imagine how busy all of you are with a NEW Halo just around the corner, but still.
At this point I will not purchase anything Halo related again knowing that just
2 1/2 years down the line NO ONE WILL CARE that I spent my hard earned money on something I intend to use for the rest of my life.
Why is it that Thousands upon Thousands of Halo gamers still care about Halo REACH but yet you don’t?
This is my last communication on this issue. I promise you. Every person I talk with will know how I feel. I brought this up to a new friend just yesterday. He said “Yeah that’s pretty ridiculous that the Bungie.net challenge is still there”
