So one of my latest Daily Achievements for Halo: Reach is Pot Kettle Black. The description says “Kill 10 Elite Drop Pods in The Long Night of Solace”. Problem is, I don’t understand what this means or how to complete this achievement. Can anyone help?
My guess would be to destroy the drop pods that are expelled from the corvette at the part of the mission where you have to destroy its engines. Every now and then a few of them are shot out back towards the planet and I’d say they are what you need to destroy. The only other thing that I could think of is to kill the Elites that come out of the drop pods on the beach at the beginning of the mission. I haven’t ever seen this daily challenge before I saw it on Reach tonight but I’m sure it’s been there for a long time I just haven’t noticed it. Good luck.
Ohhh, yeah, the drop pods that are spat from the corvette, how could I forget! XD
Both of those make an equal amount of sense; I’ll test both and see how it goes. Thanks for your input! 
In order to complete this Challenge, you must destroy 10 of the Drop Pods dropped down from the Corvette. In order to destroy them, it’s highly recommend to be as close to the spawn locations of the drop pods as possible.
