I do want an analysis on what Halo Wars 2 did better than other strategy games. (none may be an answer though somewhat unlikely)

controls on a console. most RTS games have absolute horride controls.

I think it did a great job of mixing complexity with simple mechanics

not sure about xbox one, but i said consoles. not xbox one. I know on the 360 there were a few command and conquer games, supreme commander, and brutal legends (yes it was a rts, surprised all of us) and most of those games were built for pc and ported to console with just ugggh controls.

HW2 should’ve also got elect for Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition, that main menu music is beautiful.

You know they give those awards to failing games so that they get more popularity
