The only requirement I am given is completing the first 15 chapters of Spartan Ops which I have done (all heroic). But I keep getting a message stating I haven’t met the requirements. Do I have to plow through this on legendary or co-op?
You must do it on legendary and co-op, i had the same problem, then i did it on legendary, still didnt work so i tried legendary co-op and i could unlock it

It unlocks the second set of Raider shoulders, some art, an emblem, and some XP. You have to have completed all 15 chapters of the first 3 episodes on Legendary difficulty.

I did my Legendary runs solo, and got the unlocks. I never did co-op above Heroic in any chapter. Also, you’ll have to be connected to XBox Live to get the unlocks, because it requires a connection between your gamesave and the Waypoint servers… if that helps.

I don’t see any codes for the second Raider armor and I have never seen it state any where for you to have to do the first 15 chapters on legendary.
We’ve only got the Second set of Raider shoulders decrypted for now… no chest armor and no helmet yet. We’re still working through the ARG.
Just run your 15 ops on legendary and put the code it… I guarantee it will unlock for you.
Yea just found the shoulders code. Now I have a reason to replay SO more and finish them on legendary. I have done about half of them already. So I am guessing it’s just a skin not another armor set.
