not on this map but in a big one like blood gulch/coagultion/hemmorhage there is no reason that it shouildnt be in

But in all honesty, the only thing right now that could make me more optimistic about Halo 4 is if 343 had said we could play with the mech. Really, have we lost that much perspective on gaming that the wild and wonderful opportunities that exist right under are nose can’t be taken advantage of just because they don’t fit within the usual -Yoink- of shooters past?
This is almost as bad as the lead dingheys of Halo 3, or the forklift that couldn’t launch hunters into space in Reach. It shows that 343 doesn’t have the balls to innovate that they should.

But it’s not the same! Any campaign cycleeps would probably fit in the same general catagory of “one-off gimmick” that the Sabres were in Reach. Something to be played, enjoyed, but hardly replayed because in the confines of a limited linear campaign there isn’t that much to be had by them.
In non-linear multiplayer, on the other hand, we can explore the possibilities of foot-stomping violence much more effectively.
It may be for show but it is a good sign, They are acknowledging Halo Wars, Which is great. In the Oxm interview with Frank, he talks about that Forerunner level and my first thought was ‘Was this the place Sgt. Forge blew up?’
