I don’t see why they can’t make All attachments at least core independant then. like the mohawk or screen.

Yes… only it doesn’t really mesh well with the style theme of the armor.
Mark VII is sleek and advanced design.
Mark V Bravo is rustic and industrialized design
Yoroi is literal Samurai Armor

Sure you could cross-core the items, but most of it won’t fit well together.
Similar to how wearing Venator Helmet and Gungnir Chest and Pioneer shoulders didn’t mix well in Halo 4.

343 is just lazy. That’s all.there is to it. Haven’t you seen the content within the game…I mean lack thereof.

Um, armor FX has nothing to do with crosscore, it is much different to make literally pieces of armor crosscore.
That being said, they definitely can (bots) but they don’t let us do it due to store
