Two ideas I’m sure have been passed around a bit, but I’d like to see them implemented somehow:
Show a list of EVERY custom game going on in the world. Give PING listings, and the map and gametype along with how many people. Standard stuff. That way you don’t need invite spam or forum posts to get a group of people together.
As far as Forge Voting goes, make it so that when people play on a map or download it they can vote it up or down.
If a map gets enough upvotes, 343 has to view it and put into a certain category. In this way, they have a HUGE pool of custom maps to choose from.
And if a map gets an insane amount of votes, it can veto 343’s vote and the creator chooses the playlist it goes into (this would need some tweaking though.)

I think these are both great ideas! I don’t know how easy it would be to implement them, but I think with the right tuning these could be very fun additions and increase replay value.

I feel like for Custom Games it’s pretty easy - almost every PC game imaginable has the screen that shows available games.
For the whole Map Voting thing, I feel like it’d be harder but still doable. Just an extra option added to the whole File Share feature.

GTA V has a system of voting like and dislike after every creation so it would be fairly easy.
