I’ve been having an issue with saving my data. I contacted microsoft support but we tried everything and they say it must be a server issue.
Every time I sign in to my account, my character is set back to default, even the emblem and colors. I have all my content, but it is not customized. I also beat campaign mission forerunner on legendary and it did not save that game. Spartan ops also didn’t save chapter 3 mission 2 for me on legendary. I re-beat it on legendary and then all 5 were gone, as if i didn’t play chapter 3 at all. All of a sudden, it reappeared. I’ve also been doing daily challenges but haven’t been getting the experience for it. Sometimes i get booted from war games by telling me i have lost connection with xbox live and even when i choose to network settings and go into “xbox live” it doesn’t connect me. I have to log out and back in and only then does it sometimes work, but logging out and back in resets all my character stuff to default. Are all these issues related somehow?
Can someone please help? It’s frustrating and it makes me not want to play halo at all or even own an xbox.
Same here, I paid for Gold to enjoy myself some Halo 4 online and this is really keeping me off from playing. It’s so annoying to select stuff manually every time.
