I log in to Halo 5, and I still have not received my REQ pack from 343. They said ‘‘Everybody who logs in at any point this weekend will earn a FREE Greatest Hits Customization REQ Pack.’’ but I haven’t received it yet.
I logged in to the req section here and it was in there. Got some Legendary Arena XP boosts out of it.

It’s the same thing. Logging in here is the same thing as booting up the game. I even got my daily login pack.

Yes. I got this pack. But since I had already got it in the past and have all other reqs I got 4 boosts instead of other stuff.
My friends got 2 req packs from birthday celabration I only got one and I think it is very strange

There isn’t really much you can do that you haven’t already done. If it is a widespread issue they will most likely fix it.
