I absolutely hate the idea of color coatings. They honestly make the game feel less customizable. “OH wow I have cool colors that literally a dozen other people have and I see that every game”. It robs the player of the self expression I think 343 is trying to aim for. I absolutely hate the idea.
Helmet designs… There just really are not that many cool helmets. They mostly look more of the same. Very bland and generic. Cavallino and Mark VII look the same. Enigma and ISR look the same. Only unique ones are TrailBlazer, Sczda, and maybe Aviator. Attachments are lame, and just make your armor look more bland and bulky. Same goes for all the “Chest” options. Which are essentially attachments that cover all your customization.
Overall, not happy. MCC has better customization than infinite, imo.
