Yes that happens to me. I honestly wish they never nerfed halo’s notorious, glorious, all known “GLUTEUS MAXIMUS DUMPTRUCK OF A SPARTAN” lmao.

I didn’t notice any of the sorts, but submit a ticket with the info just in case.
I had this issue as well but it appears only cosmetic. I selected ‘hand’ and then it got stuck on hand prosthetics. I selected ‘none’ and backed out/re entered the prosthetics menu and it was fixed. Appears cosmetic in the menus but the actual selection is functional.
