Customization, Battlepass, not loading?

Can play the halo infinite tech preview fine, can queue into games no problem. but every little tab such as news, armor customization, battle pass, challenges, all just sit there on an infinite loading screen or don’t load at all and are just a blank space?

I am on the steam version.

Same exact problem. I can play everything, but nothing else works. The “news” doesn’t load, customization doesn’t load, nothing. I attempted uninstalling and reinstalling, same exact issue, my Spartan doesn’t even show up in the main menu.
