The customization feels like it has become way to much pay for every little thing. There is no reason why you should have to grind or pay for basic colors. Also most of they color schemes are barley any different. There is only slight changes and seems like they aren’t really worth grinding/paying for. Bring back the days like Halo 3 where you had a bunch of standard colors and you pick where and what color the different parts of the armor was. Also there should have been way more armor options available for free at the start. It is very boring to see 4 out of the 5 spartans on teams all look the same most of the time. Then after that start bringing in different battle pass armors and what not. This shouldn’t have started the way it did. One of the big lures to bring people in is to have a spartan they like the look of and feels like its theirs. Then as time passes they will see more and maybe better looking armor that they want to spruce up their spartan with not hate they can’t do anything with it and get bored with it and leave the game. Also the battle pass is pretty bad for the free to play people. Almost everything you get is challenge reset BS so what you and rank up and earn another challenge rest thing. There are 2 different helmets that f2p players get and both are at the very end of the battle pass. To me that is a very poor way to get people that play for free to ever even consider paying for anything. The gameplay is fun but the battlepass and customization is where they will make their money if anyone cares to stick around for it. Its a money grab and a poor one at that imo.
