Customer Support

With the abundance of technical problems with Halo 3, Halo Reach and almost certainly Halo 4 – Microsoft and the 343 Industries division should not release another product until they embrace the concept of customer support.

Microsoft provides NO support for any of the Halo games. As customers, you pay for the Xbox Live connection, pay for the game but if there is a problem – post on a forum and maybe someone will respond.

Halo 4 simply should not be released until Microsoft understands that a business that generates hundreds of millions in revenue should include customer support.

Ummm, what problems are you having?

Maybe we can help you, I have no problems/technical difficulties with any Halo game.
So it’s possible it’s User error.

Like I say maybe we can help you, but, you’d of course have to post in the appropriate forum.
Not the Halo 4 one.

That’s what the Waypoint forums are for!

Which, thankfully for the OP are free to use.

[sarcasm]You know, since Microsoft is such a money hungry monster [/sarcasm]

Hey there, I’m just here to ask why I didn’t get my weekly challenge reward. Me and friend Lovable Joker, played the mission “The Package” on LASO, and after 3 hard hours of demanding work, we finished the mission! But when we were looking at our credits, my friend received the challenge reward and I didn’t. So I just would like to have the hard earned credits I think I deserve.

It may have been a glitch in the system, which either delayed or deleted your reward. If it was the latter, then you are unlikely to get the credits. (However, it’s easy to earn a ton of credits from Custom Challenges, when the form for that works, so you can use that to more than make up for the loss. :\ )

Out of curiosity, though, did you start a seven-minute Legendary Package playthrough after your two-hour session? If not, then perhaps lag is the culprit here.

If hes asking for better costumer support in halo 4 this is the place to post.

The thing about asking the forums is that people don’t have power to make changes or check things. Like if someone can’t log on, a customer service person can check the status of the account, but the forums can’t.

Few administrators on the waypoint forums have the power to change in game account details and such.

On halo 4, i got what should have been 43 assassinations. not only did i not get any but only 20 of those counted as melee kills. Can any one help me with this?
