Customer Service and Specialization

Anyone else still not receive a code? I have been looking and looking and there is no actual way to get a hold of someone that would give me an answer? what happened to customer service? I have to resort to posting on a FORUM to get an answer from 343. I have checked any account possibly linked to my Xbox Live account I have looked at my Xbox Live account messages daily and still nothing. They removed the post where you could post your Gamertag, and whether you played before the 20th and so on. I posted on that TWICE and still nothing I don’t understand how you could just ignore people and take away any voice they have to ask question and bring situations to your attention.

It has cause such an issue with these specialization codes that it would make EVERYTHING easier to just issue an update and just unlock it for everyone.

I just want ONE response, even if it is to tell me that I can’t get one (which is weird because I qualify for the early access with you PROMISED) just have an actual employee Contact me and explain to me WHY.

hmm strange. my bro didnt have the password for his email, so microsoft sent him the code to his xbl account. you didnt get it on your xbox?
