I’ve noticed that when I play against people online in matchmaking, some have a little symbol on their nameplate. Representing Halo 2, Halo 3, a septagon, an assault rifle, etc. And I was wondering, how can I change my nameplate? I’ve already been to bungie.net and selected to change it but no change. I’ve looked online and haven’t found definate answers. I’ve heard it isn’t possible to change it anymore since 343 took over and they didn’t take the nameplate change with them. Is this true? Am I stuck with the same blank nameplate?
I’m trying to find out the same thing, I have the Marathon plate that looks like a tribal logo though, I don’t believe they can be changed any longer however
If you have one ATM you are stuck with it / If you don’t have one you cant get one any more that was a bungie thing and is gone SORRY
When the final transition came of data from Bungie to 343 there were changes made and certain things axed to save time and space. The Nameplates were one of those.
So unfortunately you are stuck with your blank plate. As far as we know 343 aren’t making any changes to this, and with Halo 4 two months from release I don’t see why they would anyway. I’m personally stuck with the Halo 3 emblem. I knew of the changes and all but I left it on my profile purposely.
