The maximum number of loadouts you can create is five, right? Please tell me if I’m mistaken.
Also for those of you who may know, can you customize the color of weapon skins?
I’m pretty sure the weapon skins colors are locked (at least in the PAX build)
Yes the max is [whatever]
But, you can change the loadout contents at any time so I don’t see the point. They should just set it up like BF3 or Gears.

I dunno but I hope it’s more than that. I expect to make a lot of loadouts with all the different rifles and armor abilities.

Yeah. But there ARE preset loadouts for each armor ability. At least that’s what I know.
As far as I know, you have to “pay/unlock” for have access to more custom loadouts. (Paying with Spartans Points).
But, I think you can have 5 custom loadouts.
