If you look at this photo your see the scope is green(guesing unlocked)
and look at this video at the 0:40 sec your see the scope is black (guessing locked) and your see a metal target at the end of his gun (guessing he got it with spartan points)

These are entirely different builds.

The motion sensor, ordanance, and grenades amongst other things are different from what I saw in the multiplayer videos. This poster is correct.
If you also notice in that picture there is no iron sight on the end of the DMR. I honestly just believe this was an earlier build of the game.
