Custom Gametype

Team Slayer, BR and SMG starts, Infinite Ammo, Light Ground Vehicles Only (warthog, ghost, mongoose), Indestructible vehicles, No time limit, 10-second respawns, 75 points to win.

No running around looking for BR ammo, map control becomes important even without weapon control, players can be killed out of vehicles and then hoarded by the other team, 75 points creates very long games in which many different scenarios and parts of the map are explored. SMG’s are pretty accurate when you pump them, and picking up a second one off a dead player makes you very dangerous. They feel a lot snappier and cleaner than the AR.

Default maps means that equipment still appears, so power-draining and bubbling still applies.

I played this gametype at a LAN party last weekend and it was an absolute blast. Some of the best Halo I’ve played. I’d like to get some 4v4 or 5v5 going. If you’re interested in playing some customs, send me a friend request: Mr Delicious oo

I really like to do those types of games. No AR means no rush then a melee kill, plus SMG promotes dual wielding which is fun. BR is also great for range too, miles better than default slayer.
