Dunno about the Community Recruitment section but it hasn’t worked for me, barely anyone uses it. I’m in desperate need of regular players to join me in custom games.
The custom game community is very low in halo 5 because 343 never included the “open” privacy option in lobbies making it nearly impossible for lobbies to grow. Use halo LFG if you want a custom game lobby
