Custom Games: Loadout Customizer

Wuuz good I’m back with the Loadouts again. This was an idea I thought for Customs in Halo 4 which would make alot of unique gametypes out there. The loadouts will need to be improved and have more features. With the Loadout Customizer the Game Creator will have the actually options to change EACH TEAM’S LOADOUTS. So even Red, Blue, Orange, all the teams will have their own types of loadouts but making loadouts for each team will take longer if you plan on making loadouts for every single type of team if they will be featured. These features I am about to explain will also work for Zombies or Flood team.

Now first with the Loadouts is that you will be able to make up your own name instead of using the preset names.

With these loadouts you can decide what weapons, aa or equipment (hopefully added so the loadouts will work better), grenades, etc all the usual stuff. However you will also be able to start of even with the Machine Gun turret and it can have infinite ammo or whatever if it activated. Plus the Machine Gun will be deployable for supporting teams. Hopefully the Flamethrower can also make an appearance.

Now with all that you can change the Weapon Damage, Accuracy, and Range. Nothing to complicated.

With the loadouts you can also make character traits FOR EACH OF THE 5 FOLLOWING LOADOUTS FOR THE TEAM(S).
-Health & Regeneration
-Speed
-Damage
-etc…

Atleast with these features you are now able to make Team based games where each class is important for it’s specific reason like the classes in Team Fortress 2, KF, Day of Defeat, etc. This would be a great feature to actually bring people together for teamwork if implemented correctly and people are actually willing to play teambased. Even with Infection it would be great to have that “Melee Tank”, Sniper, Assault, Medic, etc. Then for the zombies have fast ones, average ones, strong/slow, ranged but weak, etc…

Now you can create classes of your own in a game and truly make a more unique game variant.

Sounds nice but it might clutter the Loadout selection itself, and you’d have to skim through it very quickly to choose the right one before you spawn.

Yeah true true and it should be simple that’s why I think it should only work for Red, Blue and Zombies if it’s going to be simple. However, usually team based games have a spawn time of 7-10 and after a couple of deaths they should know the classes already.

Is there any other thoughts? Only one person replied and I would like to know what other people think…

A month ago? I would have not seen that thread. You shoulda used my community thread so I coulda put it there so it could have more views and all cause I made it so it would be easier to find ideas for 343 and the community so it would not clutter the forums with more threads about the same thing. My bad lol

All good, i wish 343 would clean up all the repeat posts, it would make it easier for people to view what has been said, and prevent more repeats. It would be even better if they split the forums into more catagories: Gameplay, content, forge, multiplayer, hardware, etc.
