I haven’t found a single custom game lobby in Halo 4. None of my friends play custom games and even the recent players just grind out exp on matchmaking. The custom game options are really really limited and it sucks that CGs are now gone with the arrival of casual CoD exp grinding kiddies.

Yeah I agree man, they need to bring back custom game options that we saw from previous installments. Hell they don’t even have a custom power up so games like Ice Cream Man are basically dead.
But you can hit me up bro… I’ll play customs all day because I really couldn’t care less about gaining XP. I’d rather have fun playing than be bothered by “rank.”
I also have lots of H2 and H3 map remakes that I could host on for anybody else missing those old maps like I was.
After the lack of customization 343 implemented into the custom games, I had thought they were dead too. However, earlier yesterday there was a thread on the forums inviting players for some good old custom game fun. I joined into a full lobby playing various different new and classic games. While playing, everyone in the game was invited to join a clan specifically created for bringing back custom games into Halo. The clan was announced yesterday and the number of members is rapidly growing so far, I highly recommend that you join if you want to scratch that itch for true custom game fun. I can say that from the 7 hours that I spent playing straight custom games, it was more enjoyable than the 2 years I attempted to play custom games on Reach http://halocustomgamerz.webs.com/
