In the bulletein when asked about putting forge maps into matchmaking and he says they’re going to be integrated in a different way.

Also that the preorder bonuses will be available from the marketplace is hinted at.

Why are people not freaking out, these have been demanded for months!

We won’t be putting Forge creations in the “main” matchmaking areas initially, at least. Certainly Forged variants may go in (rules, the odd object placement) eventually, but we’re still discussing how to promote and enable Forge creations in a way that maintains a separation of that kind of content from the main mix. I think what he means is that as the game develops and people make better versions of maps that came with the game, those maps will be put into matchmaking. And also don’t expect 343 to have things available in the limited edition in the game available to purchase anywhere near close to when the game comes out.
