I see alot of people with the Halo 4 Spartan pics as their avatars, I was just wondering how did they get them and if I can make my own custom avatar using some kind of Halo pic ?

Unless you are on the forum staff (SuperIntendent, Monitor, Admin, etcā¦), you are limited to the selection of avatars here. Though I do remember an avatar submission thread somewhere in the general forum.

If youād like to submit your own, read the instructions in the avatar submission threads and post them there. There are two threads due to a glitch that made one inaccessible.

Unfortunately there is no indication as to when they will become active, or even if theyāre still planning to use them.
Donāt think you can do itā¦ Hopefully when you get to the forum rank of āSpartanā theyāll put it in there. That would be a major incentive to be an active forum user.

Iāve suggested this beforeā¦ Tho all I got out of BS Angel was āI shudder to think of the potential assault on our eyes. I just donāt think I have enough brain bleach on hand to handle that. O_oā
Tho I do think if they limited the custom avatars to Spartans or ODSTs, then itād be nice, and not as many avatars to moderate.

Iām hoping that when you reach a certain forum rank, you can have your own avatar within reason. One that that no one else on the forums can getā¦within reason.

i hope some of them get used at least, especially with all the ones you made- lol. We still have a thin selection of avatars on hereā¦ or if they plan on adding tons of H4 avatars that would probably be better in the long run
also i was supposed to be able to use a custom avatar on here but it was swept under the rug, lmao

I think a Spartan looks well in front of a Windows logo. Lol.
