If there’s one thing I want more than anything in Halo 5: Guardians (aside from stable framerate on split screen), it would be custom control schemes. Like key binding in PC games. Have the preset options that are in every Halo, and have the option to toggle your own. Could this please be a thing?

Precisely why I want this. I have always set my settings to the closest thing to Reach’s default because sprint on left bumper and crouch on L worked great for me. UR in the Chief Collection is okay, but crouching with B is a pain in the -Yoink-.
I’m with you. Can’t imagine going between 5 and the MCC with different controls.

I agree. Bumpet jumper looks like it is not going to be as effective because you cannot remap melee to a diff button and put thruster on the shoulder button (for my preference at least). I think thruster will end up being very important in this game and I don’t want to take my thumb of my already heightened stick (fps freeks) to hit that button a bunch. Oh well… maybe i’ll be wrong

this. If you get descoped upon getting shot I’d rather not have it on left trigger to muscle memory with other shooters. I also felt having grenades on LT was way more convenient anyway.
i would like that too, indeed! just to have it my own way and style of play!!
I also want custom controls, and stable 4 player split screen.
I doubt it will happen. The last great game that I played with custom controls was Timesplitters.
