Custom Challenges = Waypoint Challenges?

I’m assuming the Waypoint Challenges will be custom challenges we can make like in Reach?

My question is, how do you make custom challenges in Halo 4? I can’t find the page for it.

There is no page for it. 343 didn’t make one for Halo 4. But they also may have taken down the Halo Reach custom challenge.

Yeah I can’t find it so I think it’s down for reach now.
