Custom challenges not paying out??

I have been trying to rank up to forerunner for a long time and was hoping for someone to explain me why custom challenges are not paying out the credits.

I have created some firefight challenges worth 10,000 cR each but when the challenge timer runs out the credits for some reason don’t pay out. Is there a reason or a solution to this fix??

Are you tracking your cR before and after the game?

Are you finishing the challenges and turning them in when done?

Yes I am.

When the timer runs out on the challenge I look up my stats if my credits have been rewarded but no result?

Does it pay out when I turn them in or when the timer runs out?
