Custom Challenges are not working?

So I created a Custom Challenge where I have to get 10 kills in Multiplayer Matchmaking within 8 hours. I just got 16 kills in a SWAT match. I did not get my cR and the Challenge says I have no progress in it. What the heck is going on?

Refresh the page, click on the challenge, click “turn in”, something should pop up giving you the option of “ok” or “cancel”, hit ok and then BOOM! You got your credits.

you consider waiting 8 hours “boom”?
