im playing reach right now, i’m working on a custom challenge; 300 head shots in 12 hours on MM. as i am playing swat on MM I notice on the website their isnt an accurate accounting of how many headshot’s I have, ie right now its says I have 25 but in the last 3 games i’ve played my scores were around 10, 15 and 22 consectivly? does halo.xbox just need time to catch up or i wasting my time?

I can confirm that both of these are true, although if the 200k cR cap is for every player at every rank, I am unsure, I have been capped at 200k and I am a Nova, but I received no Notification of being capped.

We’d like to look into each of those things a bit more before officially confirming. Give me a few hours, please.

So, I did a little digging, and it may just be a delay because we haven’t processed the last game or because your web browser is caching the results. Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page, and let me know if it still hasn’t updated in an hour or two. Thanks!
I tried what you said and i still see the same results. now i just remembered i had a guest playing with me at the time too, could that have affected the amount applied to the challenge or?

There is a bug with Custom Challenges were instead of actually tracking YOUR progress on the Custom Challenges, it tracks the guests.
By the looks of it, this is the problem you have ran into, I thought that would have been an update fixed last night.

No problem, sad to say the only solution is to not play with a Guest while doing custom challenges.
