Custom challenge time limit issue

No matter how many Hours I decide to put on a Custom Challenge, once I “turn-in” my Challenges they get added to my account right away. Why?

I think that this might be an attempt to prevent passing the credit cap.

I’ve also noticed this change, credits are getting added on the spot now.
And I also believe they changed it to stop people from stacking Cr to go past the daily cap.

I heard they changed the cR cap?
If it’s true, then what is the new cap set at???

The new cR cap is now 200k cR per day.
